Interesting side points.

No one on the directors list is part of LinkedIn
There is only one financial report, for 2010, that does not work properly

Outside of the tuchisteel.com website, there are no web references to Tuchi Steel, which is odd for a company that has existed since 1907 (according to the website).

This is a cleverly crafted scam, but a scam none the less. Dont be fooled!

I also received this email.

In a couple of minutes of research I found that Tuchi Steel Works (TSW) is actually a bad copy of Japan Steel Works (JSW http://www.jsw.co.jp). They made a website using the same architecture, contents and images. The logo had been stolen from TSW Alloy Wheels (http://www.tsw.com)

Here is the link to the annual reports of Japan Steel Works http://www.jsw.co.jp/en/guide/annual_report.html

I also received this email. I was put in contact with a would be client to collect money from in my area. He had a Scottish name but when I talked to him, his inflection and accent was definitely Asian. I googled the website for the company that I was to collect money from, and the first day there was nose site- the next day a fairly elaborate one that may have been copied from something else. Also there was no reference to that company in any other location when searched, but the website claimed it to be established for 50 years.

I also received this email and was asked to contact a client in Regina to collect money from. However the person I was to contact is not on Linkin (which made me suspicious) and I cannot find anything on the internet regarding the Company that I am to collect from. Thanks to this blog, and others experiences I can save myself the embarrassment of calling this chap and requesting payment.
